Welcome to Sam Schmidt Motorsports. As the all-time dominating force in Firestone Indy Lights, the team placed three drivers in the top-ten of the 2008 championship standings, including taking up the 2nd and 3rd positions. We have rewritten the record books with 32 pole positions and WINNING 27 races.
Our highlights from the 2008 season include having our three full-time drivers visiting victory lane. Richard Antinucci won twice, James Davison once, and of course, Ana "Bia" Beatriz enjoyed victory herself, becoming the first woman to win in Firestone Indy Lights history... We are currently testing for 2009, putting togther a team of talented drivers to add to our stellar crew and supportive sponsors to help us excel once again. Ride along as we chase WINS, pole positions and work hard to bring the championship back to SSM!!
