Lazzaro Qualifies 14th in Pennsylvania

Nazareth, PA: Anthony Lazzaro will start in 14th position in the Indy Firestone 225 at the Nazareth Speedway. Lazzaro turned a best lap of 169.200 MPH in his #99 Blair99.com Sam Schmidt Motorsports Racing Special.

“We ended today with a good race car, “ said Lazzaro. “The goal was to qualify in the top 10, but we struggled for a qualifying set-up in practice. After analyzing the data, we were able to make the changes we needed to make it faster for qualifying. It wasn’t fast enough, but it drove right. Tomorrow, track position is everything, and it will be difficult to pass. Pit stop strategy is the key to moving up.”
