Chief Race Engineer
For the last 8 years, Allen has worked for Andretti Green Racing, spending the majority of his time race engineering for Dario Franchitti. The highlight of their relationship was winning the 2007 Indianapolis 500 and 2007 Indycar Championship. Before Andretti Green, Allen was Technical Director of PacWest Racing enjoying wins with Mark Blundell, Mauricio Gugelmin and Scott Dixon.

A US Citizen, Allen was born in England and started his motor racing career with the Brabham Formula One team in the early 1980’s; he worked as a Race Engineer and Design Engineer for a number of Formula One Teams, before moving to the USA in 1997.

Allen lives in Zionsville with his wife Helen, son Alex and daughter Jenny.

Crew Chief
Don has 16 years in racing, including serving as Crew Chief for such drivers as Jimmy Vasser, Oriol Servia, Neel Jani and overseeing Cristiano DaMattas’ last win. He worked six seasons for Patrick Racing before moving to KV Racing where he worked for five seasons. Don first worked with Rob Edwards and Alex Tagliani running Alex for Walker Racing at the Long Beach Grand Prix in 2008. Don lives in Noblesville with his wife Sharon and sons Jordan and Zachary. In his spare time Don enjoys golfing.

 
Robert Gue

Assistant Engineer
After graduating from Clemson University, Robert began his racing career in 2003 at Walker Racing. Robert then did a stint with Pratt and Miller as a design engineer before returning to IndyCar racing in 2005. This will be Roberts sixth year in racing. Robert resides in Zionsville and enjoys traveling.

Damper Engineer
Brendon has 20 years of racing experience serving in various positions from Chief mechanic, Crew chief, Engineer, Damper Engineer,17 of those years in USA open wheel racing series, most recently working with Walker Racing (7 years) and drivers Will Power, Simon Pagenaud, Paul Tracy and Stefan Wilson.

Brendon lives in Westfield with wife Jenny and enjoys competing in triathlons and mtn biking races in spare time.

Gearbox Mechanic
Keith, a native of Auckland, New Zealand, brings more than 25 years of racing experience to the #77 FAZZT Race Team. Keith started his career in IndyCar with Walker Racing working on the car of Gil deFerran and most recently worked at Fernandez Racing in the American LeMans Series program. Keith enjoys marathon running and watching Rugby. He and his wife Mary live in Zionsville.
 
Michael “Mack” McCormack

Transportation Coordinator
Michael “Mack” McCormack, Transportation Coordinator Mack, a Scituate, Massachusetts native, was a Master Chief in the United States Marine Corps and after 20 years of service he retired and began his racing career. Mack’s racing career includes service with a number of notable teams including McCormack Racing, Player’s Forsythe and most recently Fernandez Racing where he was a member of the 2009 ALMS P2 Championship team. Mack has three sons and a daughter and enjoys hiking when not at the race track.

Mechanic
Phil is a racing mechanic who has over 30 years experience in such diverse series as F3, F3000, Rally and Touring cars. Phil has worked in England, Singapore and his native New Zealand during his career and he made Indianapolis his home when he started working in IndyCar in 1993. Phil has been a part of eight championship teams in his career and has enjoyed the many different series and the great drivers he has worked with. Phil has a son and daughter who still reside in New Zealand and family in England. Away from the race track Phil enjoys watersports, doing home improvements and doing car restorations.
 
Gary Michalak

Mechanic
Gary is beginning his 11th year in racing this season and is looking forward to adding to a racing resume that includes two race wins, numerous podiums and working with open-wheel notables such as Jimmy Vasser, Will Power, Cristiano DaMatta and Oriol Servia. Gary hails from Atlanta, Georgia and loves the travel that comes with his job and also enjoys motocross, working out and working on his house when not at the race track.

Michael joins the FAZZT Race Team fresh from a championship season with the Fernandez Racing ALMS team. Michael is a native of Pearl, Mississippi who began his racing career in 2006 at the Skip Barber Racing School in Lakeville, Connecticut. Michael now resides in Indianapolis and in his spare time enjoys cycling, playing the drums and doing vehicle performance modifications.

Michael has over 30 years of racing experience beginning in his hometown of Melbourne, Australia. Michael began his IndyCar career in 1997 at Patrick Racing. His most enjoyable season was this past year with Fernandez Racing where they won 8 out of 10 races, the Sebring 12 Hour event and the ALMS P2 Championship. Michael and his wife Linda live in Avon, Indiana where Michael enjoys restoring old pedal cars when not racing.
 
Krag Oglesby

Mechanic
Krag is entering his 15th year of racing this season. The Seattle, Washington native began his career in racing in 1996 with Ralt America before moving to Chip Ganassi Racing in 1998. Krag’s most memorable racing accomplishment was being part of the Indianapolis 500 winning crew on Juan Montoya’s car in 2000. Krag and his wife, Ellen and son, Max live in Indianapolis. Krag enjoys music and motorcycles.
 
Mark Schmalbach

Fabricator
Mark, a Summit, New Jersey native, has a racing career that spans over 40 years. He began his career at Gene White Racing and then left in 1972 to pursue a career in the Aerospace industry. Mark returned to racing full-time in 1992 where he has amassed career highlights such as the 2003 CART Championship with driver Paul Tracy and a 2005 24 Hours of Daytona victory with drivers Max Angelelli and Wayne Taylor. Mark and his wife Jan live in Indianapolis with their three dogs. When not at the track, Mark loves restoring and racing vintage motorcycles.
